Thank you for shopping with HERITAGE T&T Handmade Ceramics. We take pride in the quality of our Bat Trang products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

1. Return Window

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

2. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• For fragile ceramic items, please pack carefully. We are not responsible for damages caused during return shipping.

3. Restocking Fee

• A 15% restocking fee will be applied to cover inspection and repackaging costs.

4. Final Sale Items

• Discounted, clearance, and seasonal items (e.g., Holiday collections) are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

5. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
