At HERITAGE T&T Handmade Ceramics, we carefully pack and ship all items to ensure they arrive safely to your home.

1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

• Pre-order or custom-made items may require additional time (details will be shown on the product page).

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

• We ship from Houston, Texas (USA) using reliable carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx).

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

• For fragile ceramic items, we use secure packaging with double protection.

3. Delivery Time

• Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days.

• International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and item.

• We will assist with replacement or refund according to our Return Policy.

5. Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow your delivery.
