HERITAGE T&T Handmade Ceramics carefully packs every order so your pieces arrive safely.

1) Processing Time

• Orders ship within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

• Pre-order/custom items may require extra time (shown on the product page).

2) Where We Ship

• We currently ship within the United States only.

• International shipping is available by request. Email us your full address and items for a custom quote. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and fees. If you approve, we’ll send a separate invoice for the shipping charges.

3) US Shipping Methods & Rates

Ships from Houston, Texas (USA) via UPS/USPS/FedEx.

• Standard (est. 3–5 business days): $12.95 for orders under $99.

• Express (est. 1–2 business days): $19.95 for any order.

• Free Shipping: $0 for orders $160+ (Economy/Standard service).

Notes: The free-shipping threshold is calculated on the order subtotal after discounts (before taxes). Fragile ceramic items are packed with double protective packaging.

4) Delivery Times

• USA: typically 3–7 business days, depending on the service selected and destination.

5) Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the outer box, inner packing, and the item. We’ll help with a replacement or refund in line with our Return Policy.

6) Tracking

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
